"Horrible office! No one calls me back. One of the ladies is incredibly rude and wants to make everything your fault even though ALL evidence proves other wise and had a huge problem fixing my issue because she “will be on the phone with them for a really long time”. I have been dealing with this billing issue that is not my fault and all they have been doing is pushing me off instead of fixing the problem. Told me that I had to make my normal payment in order for them to fix my problem, I did right away over the phone. My problem never got fixed and there is now a new payment due and I’m calling them again to see why it never got fixed!"
